1. Edibility & Usage Guidance
Non‑Edible Blooms
Unless explicitly labeled as edible, do not consume. Many ornamental flowers carry toxins or may cause illness if ingested.
Please keep non‑edible varieties away from children, pets, or anyone unfamiliar with their safety.
If a flower is labeled edible:
Consume only as directed on the label.
If you experience any known allergy, dietary restriction, or medical condition, consult a healthcare provider before use.
Use care—even edible flowers may cause reactions in sensitive individuals.
2. Allergy & Sensitivity Notice
Flowers and their aromas, pollen, or stems can still trigger allergic reactions, especially in people with sensitivities or asthma. We cultivate an open-air environment where bees, pollen, and wild plants may also be present.
We do our best to maintain clean, safe spaces—but we cannot guarantee allergens will never be present. We are not liable for allergic reactions or related medical incidents.
3. Waiver of Liability
By purchasing from us, visiting our farm, or participating in Sunstruck Florals events, you acknowledge and accept that you:
Will not ingest non-edible flowers or use them in ways beyond their intended purpose.
Assume full responsibility for any allergic or medical reactions that arise.
Hold Sunstruck Florals, its owners, staff, and invites harmless from any accidents, health issues, or injuries occurring on the farm—whether related to flower use, ambient allergens, or farm activity.

To ensure that your floral experience remains joyful and safe:
Ask if unsure—we’re always happy to clarify whether a bloom is edible.
Read labels carefully and follow usage instructions.
Store blooms as instructed—typically in a cool, dry spot.
Supervise children and pets around unfamiliar blooms or garden areas.
6. Farm Visits & Workshops
We welcome guests to walk in the fields and join our floral workshops in mindful connection with nature. But:

Please follow posted signs, staff guidance, and supervise companions at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone behaving unsafely or disregarding farm guidelines.
