Getting Started with Wholesale
Process
Placing Your Order
Apply for access to the wholesale shop here. If approved, you will receive a welcome email with the link to the shop and the password.
Bunch sizes are noted in each item description. We try to be standard with 10 stem bunches, but occasionally some flowers (dahlias, for example) are sold in 5 stem bunches. Inventory is updated Friday at 12P EST for the following week. Your cart does not hold your selections out of inventory, so ensure you complete the check out process quickly as some items may sell out. Items with limited stock will be shown as such.
Once you’ve entered the check out process, there’s a drop down “Additional Information” section. You’ll find a date field to enter your pick-up or delivery date preference. Order cut-off is 2 business days before order is delivered or picked-up. If you need an order the same day or next day, please send us an email with the subject line “RUSH ORDER - [Your Name]”. If we can accommodate your order, a Rush Order fee of 25% may be added to your total. This order will be billed via invoice and the invoice must be paid before pick-up or delivery.
If you are designing for an event and have a mood board or Pinterest board that you would like to share so we can really nail the colors cut for you, please attach it to the Notes section at checkout.
We also accept standing orders! If you are interested in securing a standing order, please reach out via email.
Getting Your Flowers
There is no minimum order for pick-up orders. Pick-ups can be scheduled from the farm in Umatilla or home in Ocala. Delivery is available as follows:
$10 for local delivery (Eustis, Mt. Dora, Weirsdale, Ocala), free for orders over $100
$40 within 50 miles (Gainesville, Orlando, etc) with a minimum order of $200
$80 between 50 and 100 miles (Jacksonville, Tampa, etc) with a minimum order of $500
$200 between 100 and 350 miles (Ft Myers, Miami, etc), with a minimum order of $1,000
Buckets
For both pick-up and delivery, our preference is that you have buckets available to place your flowers into. If you need to keep our buckets, please let us know ahead of time and we will work out a bucket share with you.
Policies
Fulfillment & Substitutions
While we strive to deliver only usable stems, we cannot offer refunds for individual stems. It is recommended to order 10% more than needed to cover potential losses due to the perishable and fragile nature of flowers.
If we are unable to fulfill your order as placed, we will reach out to offer a substitution or refund.
Please note that all sales are final unless they are damaged or incorrect. We cannot replace items due to improper handling or storage.
Add Ons
We totally understand that sometimes your needs change after your order has been placed. For pick-up orders, please just place a second order as there are no additional charges involved. In order to add additional product to your delivery order, please use “MOREFLOWERS” to remove the second delivery cost. Please note that improper use of this code will result in order cancellation and restocking fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel an order, please send an email with “CANCEL - [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]” as the subject line. Cancelled orders are refunded subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Outside of damaged or incorrect items, items rejected at pick-up or delivery are not refundable.
Wholesale orders are also subject to our Policies and Terms.
